CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?

• Our hair is 100% raw hair that has been slightly processed to achieve specific curl/wave patterns. You can color or bleach our hair any preference you like. For bright and vibrant colors, we recommend using hair from our Blondeshell Collection for the best results.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED?

• The amount of bundles you need is ultimately up to your preference. However, this is what we recommend:
• 16-26 inches: 3 Bundles
• 28-34 inches: 4 Bundles
• 36-50 inches: 5 Bundles for maximum fullness
• If you're going to do a long ponytail, we recommend using 3 to 4 bundles for fullness.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRETTY INCHEZ LAST?

• With proper care and maintenance, our hair is guaranteed to last through multiple installments. Our customers generally use their hair for up to 3 years or more.

DAILY HAIR MAINTENANCE

• Wash the hair once per week gently with a moisturizing sulfate-free shampoo in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch the hair together.
• Deep condition throughout the hair & rinse with cold water.
• Air dry the hair if possible to keep the natural texture. If a blow dryer is needed please dry on a cool setting.
• Braid curly and/or deep wavy textures or use flexi-rods before bed.
• Use a leave-in conditioner/water mix or curling cream to help keep your curls/waves moisturized.
• Using a weave brush comb through the hair in the mornings & the evening.
• Apply a light amount of hair oil.
• Wrap your hair nightly with a silk scarf or bonnet (doing this helps lock in moisture and eliminates unnecessary shedding/tangling).

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

• You have up to only 24 hours after your purchase to cancel your order. To ensure quick delivery, all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. NO EXCEPTIONS

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATE?

• After receiving a tracking email. Shipping activity will become available  24-48hrs once the label is created. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside your inbox. 

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON PICK-UP?

• Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. All online orders are processed online & have a processing time of 2-3 days. Online orders are shipped directly from our Houston, TX warehouse.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Pretty Inchez business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00pm CT. We do not process orders on the weekends & we are CLOSED every Sunday. All online orders received before 4:00 pm are processed in 48 hours. *** Payment processing is 2 business days***

• The standard processing time for bundles, closures, frontals & hair products is 5-7 business days after payment processing. For Pretty Inchez wigs the standard processing time is 7-10 business days after payment processing. Orders usually ship out before time.  Please allow the shipping time for your desired shipping method. PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.
• We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM CT, will be processed on the next business day Monday . In most cases we will ship your items before the standard processing time. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

During Sales your processing and shipping times maybe longer. Your patience is appreciated.

We do ship some packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS or UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.

We strive to have every customer fall in love with their units and bundles. Unfortunately due to the nature of our product and health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale.
